Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings, trainings, and discussions, translating in real-time (verbal) between Japanese and English.
- Translate documents, reports, emails, and presentations between Japanese and English.
- Assist with office tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, 201 file management, or assisting visitors.
- Act as a bridge to ensure clear communication and prevent misunderstandings arising from cultural differences.
- Assist Japanese staff with daily operations, including travel or business trip arrangements.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Graduate of High School, Vocational course, or College graduate
- Must be a N3 JLPT
- With or without experience
