• Deliver simultaneous interpretation during live events, conference calls, and presentations.
• Provide consecutive interpretation in business meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
• Ensure accuracy and cultural appropriateness of all translations.
• Prepare glossaries and terminology lists for technical or industry-specific topics.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to maintain smooth communication flow.
• Uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an interpreter (simultaneous and consecutive).
• Strong command of Japanese and English (Filipino proficiency is a plus).
• Preferably holds JLPT N1/N2 certification or equivalent proficiency (not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments.
