Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate Japanese markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners in Japan.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behaviors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized promotional materials.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and forecast sales.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Skills and Competencies: N1 Japanese level and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Proven ability to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel for business meetings and client visits in Japan.
