Description
- Translate written documents from Japanese to English and vice versa accurately.
- Interpret conversations and meetings between English and Japanese speakers effectively.
- Assist in the localization of products and marketing materials for Japanese-speaking markets.
- Maintain consistency in terminology and style across all translations.
- Review and edit translations produced by other translators for quality assurance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of professional translation experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Japanese languages.
- Skills and Competencies: JLPT N2 certification or equivalent.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
