- Translate documents and audio from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Ensure cultural nuances are accurately conveyed.
- Collaborate with team members on translation projects.
- Proofread and edit translated materials for accuracy.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and terminology.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Japanese, English, or Linguistics.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of translation or related experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Japanese and English, excellent written communication skills, attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Translate documents, assist in conversations, ensure accuracy and cultural relevance of translations.
- Working Conditions: Office-based or remote, flexible hours may be required.
- Qualities and Traits: Adaptability, strong work ethic, and a passion for languages.
