Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a bridge between Japanese expatriates and local employees.
- Provide interpretation (Japanese English/Filipino) during meetings and daily operations.
- Translate documents, emails, and reports.
- Attend meetings with managers, employees, and clients.
- Support smooth communication across departments.
- Help facilitate cultural understanding and smooth collaboration between Japanese and Filipino teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any course.
- JLPT N1–N5 passer (higher level preferred).
- At least 1 year experience as a Japanese Interpreter.
- At least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
