Position: Japanese Language School Manager

Industry: Japanese Language Center

Salary: P 100,000 (with housing Allowance)

Location: Muntinlupa and Paranaque 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and motivate a positive and effective school environment. 
• Manage the school Set up and its systems
• Handle teachers, staff, coordinators and students
• Delegate tasks to facilities, marketing, accounting and branding
• Increase the students by providing systems to entice students to apply
• Coordinate with partners in Japan to invite Japanese to study English
• Manage the internal organization of the language center
• Responsible in ensuring that students learned English or Japanese
• Approve proposals from different departments

• Can speak read and write Japanese Language
• Open to Filipino or Half Japanese or Japanese national
• Can speak conversational English
• Has experience managing people or has experience in leadership
• Has worked in a school setting or language center
• Can handle language center operations (end to end)
• Strong communication, management and leadership
• Understands Japanese culture and behaviors
• Can directly coordinate with japanese students, Japanese Director and Management
• Degree holder of any course (or highschool graduate if studied in Japan)
