Description
- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes following traditional recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure food safety.
- Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to enhance food quality.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with diners regarding menu selections.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to support kitchen operations and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Japanese cuisine techniques, food safety standards
- Qualities and Traits: Passion for culinary arts, attention to detail, strong communication skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
