Description
- Prepare authentic Japanese dishes in a timely manner.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and adhere to safety standards.
- Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and service.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to Details, Customer Oriented, Kitchen Hygiene, Cook Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in training junior kitchen staff
- Working Conditions: Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
