Job Opportunity: Japanese Bilingual IT Specialist

Are you passionate about technology and skilled in bridging communication across cultures? We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who is technically proficient and can effectively communicate in both English and Japanese (Nihongo).

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support to clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network systems.
  • Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients/stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Document technical processes and translate materials between English and Japanese when necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and proper escalation of technical issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of IT support or technical experience.
  • Fluent in Japanese (Nihongo) and English – both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac OS environments, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools, ticketing systems, or ITIL practices is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
