JOB OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly office environment. This role ensures that all workspaces, common areas, and facilities are consistently kept in excellent condition to support employee productivity, health, and safety.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office areas including workstations, meeting rooms, hallways and other common areas.

• Sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors in offices, hallways, and common areas regularly

• Disposes general office waste

• Monitors and report the need for replenishment of cleaning materials

• Assists the Administration Department with ancillary administrative tasks, including basic errands and logistical support when necessary

• Reports maintenance concerns or facility issues to the Admin Department

• Ensures proper storage and handling of cleaning equipment and materials

• Performs executive support duties such as, but not limited to: serving refreshments to guests, etc.
