Job Requirements

YOU MUST HAVE:

High School / SHS / College Graduate

At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience

At least 6 months of SQL experience or SaaS background

Good English communication skills

Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule

Based in the Philippines

YOU WILL STAND OUT IF YOU HAVE:

IT-related educational background

Technical support experience

Basic API knowledge

Basic database understanding

CSR/TSR experience with SQL knowledge

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Handle customer concerns related to SQL and technical support

Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution

Analyze queries and provide accurate support

Document cases, updates, and resolutions properly

Coordinate with internal teams for escalations
