Position: IT Staff / IT Support Specialist
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Employment Type: Full‑Time

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑level IT support for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT assets
- Manage user accounts, access control, and IT inventory
- Assist in deployment and responsible use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
- Support digital transformation and process automation projects
- Implement and monitor information security controls and endpoint protection
- Assist in security awareness activities, IT audits, and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates with strong aptitude welcome)
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI tools and responsible AI usage
- Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset
