Description
- Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Maintain and update IT documentation and technical manuals.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Assist in the setup of new equipment and ensure proper functionality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Responsibilities and Duties: Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
