We are currently looking for Service Desk Analysts with experience supporting international clients.

Job Details:

• Salary: Up to ₱32,000 (depending on experience)
• Location: BGC Corporate Center, Taguig (Onsite)
• Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting

Qualifications:

• College graduate or at least 1 year in college (no back subjects)
• At least 18 months Service Desk / IT Support experience
• Experience supporting international accounts or global clients
• Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory and troubleshooting
• Strong English communication skills (voice support)
• Willing to work onsite in BGC
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to international clients via phone, email, or chat
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Manage and resolve IT service tickets within SLA
• Escalate complex concerns to appropriate support teams
• Document issues and resolutions accurately
