Seeking a dependable and technically proficient IT Staff / IT Support Specialist to provide daily IT support, maintain information security compliance, and contribute to the company’s digital transformation and AI-driven initiatives.

Position: IT Staff Specialist

Work Location: BGC, Taguig City

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Salary: Php 25,000 gross

Work Set Up: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Provide IT support for hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365.

Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, and IT assets; manage accounts and access.

Deploy and guide responsible use of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.

Drive digital transformation, process automation, and efficiency improvements.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–2 years of IT support experience (open to fresh graduates with strong aptitude).

Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, basic networking, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with AI tools and commitment to responsible AI usage.

Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
