Description
- Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users in a timely manner via phone, email, or in-person.
- Document and track user issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform regular updates and backups to ensure system integrity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (0-2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
