- Expert on installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PCs, terminals, printers, scanners, and CCTV) to ensure optimal workstation performance.
- Provides technical support for internal end-users on a variety of hardware, telephone, and other IT equipment and software problems, including operating systems.
- Configures, sets up, and deploys computers, laptops, and associated operating system(s) and applications, connected peripherals, and end-user local units.
- Perform site maintenance and safety checks of assigned equipment.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Procurement of IT equipment.
- Can drive a motorcycle
