• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and security.
• Assist in user account management, software installations, and system updates.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and IT procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
• Perform onsite support and installation to clients .
• Perform preventive maintenance and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
