The IT Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, resolving IT-related issues, and ensuring all IT equipment and systems are functioning properly. The role focuses on maintaining user productivity by delivering fast and efficient IT assistance.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must be a College Graduate (BS IT / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or related)
  • At least 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
  • Knows troubleshooting desktop/laptop hardware and software issues
  • Knows Windows OS installation and configuration
  • Has a skill in basic network troubleshooting (LAN, WiFi, internet issues)
  • Skills in printer and peripheral support
  • Skills in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 support
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation, password reset)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide first-level IT support to end-users (onsite and remote)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and applications
  • Assist users with system access, password resets, and basic account issues
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT support when needed
  • Log and track IT incidents and service requests
