- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to IT systems.
- Diagnose hardware and software problems, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Document internal procedures and prepare reports on issues and their resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance service delivery.
