- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and network systems.
- Document and track issues using a helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve processes and software.
- Train users on new technologies and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: Required Diploma in IT or related field.
- Assignment Area: Paranaque City
- 20-35 Yrs Old
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Application Operation, Information Security Operation, System Administration, and IT Asset Management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Support system monitoring, backup and recovery, and server operations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential on-call requirements.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
