- System & Network Administration: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are beneficial.
- Experience: Previous experience in IT support or network administration is typically required.
