Position- Technology Analyst Team Leader
Industry: BPO
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: On-site
Salary: Php 65,000 – 75,000
Company Profile
Lead IT service delivery operations, ensuring high availability, timely resolution of incidents, and effective team performance in a fast-paced BPO environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee L2 service delivery; manage escalations and incident resolution.
- Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to reduce disruptions.
- Maintain system availability, support service transitions, and implement improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships, enforce IT policies, and ensure compliance/security.
- Coach and mentor team members; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8 years in IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Proven leadership experience (team lead, shift lead, or module lead).
- Strong technical expertise: LAN/WAN, VOICE, servers, systems, cloud.
- Hands-on Cisco skills (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
- Experienced in ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
