- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to computer systems and networks
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals
- Document technical issues and maintain records of support activities
- Collaborate with other IT staff to improve support processes and services
- Skills and Competencies: Strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency in hardware/software
