• Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to hardware, software, and networking.

Requirements

• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in IT support or service desk environment.

• Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Working Conditions: Occasional after-hours support may be required.
