Job Description

Role Overview

You will act as the single point of contact and facilitate coordination between ITD Divisions and Corporate Services Divisions (CSD) for space-related and workspace relocation projects. The role involves both layout design coordination and operational tasks related to moving workstations and technical resources.


Key Responsibilities

  • Layout & Project Coordination: Coordinate layouts for relocation requests, provide design ideas, and monitor all space projects following established design standards. Work collaboratively with corporate services for fit-out and space allocation.
  • Drawing Review: Collect, review, and comment on working drawings for all floor plans and space projects.
  • Documentation & Change Management: Serve as the sole custodian of all technical space documentation and act as the primary contact for Adoption and Change Management (ACM).


Qualifications

  • Education: College graduate, preferably with a design-related degree (e.g., Interior Design).
  • Work Experience: At least three (3) years of professional work experience in space planning, preferably for IT-related fields or innovation-related projects.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on working experience in either hand-drawn or digital illustrations; knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, the ability to translate technical concepts for different audiences, and a willingness to work productively within a team under pressure and tight schedules.
