Responsibilities

Troubleshooting - Identify and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity. This includes diagnosing problems, guiding users through solutions, or escalating issues to higher level support when necessary.

Help Desk ticketing - Prioritize support tickets in a timely manner, ensuring that user issues are resolved within established service level agreements.

Daily Backup and IT Infra Monitoring - Responsible for the daily backup and monitoring of Data Centers and IT infrastructure.

Responsible for monitoring alerts as well as handling email follow ups with TELCOS and other vendor technical support.

Performs general preventive maintenance task on PC, laptops, printers, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

Job Requirements

At least, experienced in providing first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, and in-person, resolving hardware and software issues promptly. Must have utilized HELPDESK ticketing system to log, prioritize, and manage support requests, ensuring timely resolutions. Able to conduct remote desktop support to assist users with technical issues. Gives clear step by step guidance for issue resolution. Has basic knowledge in installing and configuring OS, software applications, and peripheral devices for users, ensuring proper functionality.
