-Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computers, printers, and other IT equipment.

-Provide basic technical support to faculty, staff, and students.

-Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues.

-Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment.

-Support system updates, backups, and data management.

-Coordinate with external IT service providers when necessary.

Qualification

-BS Information Technology or Similar

-1 year experience in IT hardware and Software servicing,

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

-Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

-Warm personality with strong communication skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Excel

-Keen to details with high level of discretion
