- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for Apple devices.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on Apple products.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and technical support.
- Utilize monitoring tools to ensure system performance and security.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a technical support in Apple Brand
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge in Apple Brand
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Database Management (SQL, MongoDB)
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
