• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Assist in the backup and recovery of critical data and systems.
• Ensure information security practices are adhered to across all IT operations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT technical support
• Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of system analysis, IT infrastructure, and system administration
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Windows Server, system backup and recovery, and information security operations
• Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
• Experience in a sea-based manning agency is an advantage
