Job Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduate (0–1 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of network security principles and practices
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours if necessary
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and maintenance of IT infrastructure
- Support end-users with IT-related issues and inquiries
- Monitor network security and enforce security policies
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to technical documentation
- Perform regular system backups and updates
