- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Manage IT assets, including tracking and inventorying devices.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Assist in maintaining network security and integrity.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in IT asset management
- Qualities and Traits:Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions:Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
