This position is responsible for ensuring that safety requirements onboard are met and received by Fleet-A-vessel

• Discuss with the immediate superior the close-out of the cited deficiency.
• Maintains close monitoring of the requirements to avoid deficiencies
• Knows what is required by authorities and when to request them
• Receives, reviews and assesses submitted online PRF by vessels
• Coordinates with the vessel the submitted monthly inventory of deck maintenance
• Discusses with Immediate superior the approval of the urgent and critical safety items
• Maintains the updates monitoring status of all vessel requisitions
• Coordinates with the Materials Department the approval and the process or regular or local purchase
• Coordinates with the vessel the submitted monthly inventory of deck maintenance
• Maintains and updates monitoring status of al vessel requisitions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Marine Transportation
• With at least one to two years of experience on board as Deck Officer
• At least OIC-Navigation Watch
