• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT equipment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, System Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud services.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
