- Provide technical support to users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in maintaining and upgrading network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and initiatives.
- Document IT processes and create user manuals for internal use.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with new technologies.
