We are looking for an IT Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help maintain IT systems, networks, and servers. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent technical support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
• Knowledge of Windows Server and batch scripting
• Basic SQL knowledge is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• E-commerce industry experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
• Assist users in resolving technical concerns and provide guidance when needed
• Monitor and maintain networks and servers
• Document issues and solutions for future reference
