Job Training
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting any technical problems.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of IT equipment.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to improve systems and infrastructures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience Level: Junior: 0–2 years
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours as needed
