- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems via phone, email, or in-person.
- Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.
- Collaborate with IT team for system upgrades and improvements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Less than 1 year in IT support or a related role.
- Skills: Proficient in TCP/IP, System Administration, System Monitoring, IT Asset Management, System Backup and Recovery, and Windows Server.
- Responsibilities: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage IT assets, and ensure system backups.
- Working Conditions: Office-based, potential after-hours support.
- Qualities: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
