Position: Japanese Helpdesk Support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
• Can speak conversational English because co-workers are Filipino
• Degree Holder of any course 
• Open to JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer
• Having experience as Japanese Helpdesk or Customer Service
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Willing to undergo training and orientation
• Willing to work in Cebu

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone call
• Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
• Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• All other duties as assigned
