Position: WordPress Support Representative

Company Industry: Creative Industry

Work Location: Cebu City

Work Schedule: Night Shift

Salary: Php 26,000 – 31,000 gross monthly

Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- At least a high school diploma or equivalent educational background

- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles

- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms (e.g., Joomla, Drupal, Laravel)

- Solid understanding of web hosting environments and basic SEO principles

- Proficient in troubleshooting using tools like SSH, WP-CLI, and managing DNS, PHP, and databases

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and professionalism

- Responsible in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to WordPress, hosting, and server configurations

- Stay informed about product updates and internal support procedures

- Will escalate unresolved problems and suggest improvements to relevant teams

- Responsible in mentoring new team members by reviewing tickets and offering guidance on support protocols
