- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with mall or commercial property systems (CCTV, access control, building management systems)
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware/software troubleshooting, and security management.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and update documentation for support processes.
- Train users on new technologies and software.
- Collaborate with IT team to improve systems performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience Level: 2-3 years of technical support experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, strong communication skills, and customer service-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve user issues, and maintain documentation.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote support.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, patient, and proactive in problem-solving.
