The Junior Technical Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving customer and internal network infrastructures. This role involves diagnosing and resolving network-related issues, assisting in the deployment of network solutions, and ensuring reliable network performance through proactive monitoring and troubleshooting. The engineer will work closely with senior engineers and other technical teams to deliver high-quality technical support both remotely and onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality technical support to customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving network service issues both remotely and onsite.
• Handle network incidents such as hardware and software failures, configuration changes, software upgrades, and network device replacements.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and deployment of customer network infrastructure under the guidance of team leads or senior engineers.
• Provide Maintenance Support Services, including 24x7 on-call support, remote troubleshooting, and onsite technical support for customer and internal systems.

Qualifications:

• Good communication skills
• High-level problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, routing, switching, and network security concepts.
• Willing to be assigned in Bacoor, Cavite and travel to different branches or location if needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide 24x7 support when required.
