Description

  • Provide technical assistance to users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
  • Document technical procedures and user guides.
  • Assist with IT projects and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Undergraduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, maintain systems, ensure security protocols, and assist with backups and recovery.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work; may require occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication abilities.
