Description
- Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems.
- Administer, operate, manage, and maintain IT systems for Ace Outsource Solutions, a leading firm in the BPO & Call Center industry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and internal process efficiency.
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Maintain PC's, servers, and other hardware, along with software applications, networks, and operating systems.
- Train users on the new systems or software applications.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT support or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in database operations and familiarity with HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and IP networking.
- Competence in IT asset management and information security operations.
- System monitoring experience and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide technical support to end-users and maintain IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and respond to security or usability concerns.
- Assist in managing servers, databases, and network devices.
- Support information security measures and backup procedures.
- Working Conditions: Office setting with possible on-call requirements for emergency support; occasional lifting of IT equipment may be required.
