• Managing AC, server rack operations, and regular server rooms checks.
• Monitoring using OMADA Controller for logs/alerts.
• Troubleshooting printers and email (Outlook) as well as checking monthly email domain and ISP subscription
• Monitoring office hardware, and systems.
• Managing Cris and NAS systems
• Developing backup plans in regards with technical issues promptly
• Setting up projectors and managing employee accounts
• CCTV monitoring and troubleshooting biometric and payroll systems.
• Office maintenance tasks
• Assists in Photo/video editing
• Remote server management
• Researching IT updates and improvements as needed
• Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Specialize in analyzing, evaluating, diagnosing, and resolving issues within current network systems, encompassing LANs, WANs, servers, cloud networks, and other data transmission networks to ensure seamless network operation and minimizing disruptions through proactive maintenance efforts.
