Description
- Resolve basic technical issues and user problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Provide assistance and guidance to end users, helping them with basic IT-related questions and issues.
- Maintain and update documentation for IT procedures, systems, and user guides to support efficient operation
- Manage IT Asset inventory up to date.
Requirements
1. Atleast College Level (under graduates are welcome to apply)
2. Knowledge at troubleshooting
3. At least 6 Months of Experience as IT Support
4. Willing to be assigned at UE Caloocan
