IT staff position's primary focus may be in the areas of computer operations, computer repair, wire and cable installation, user and desktop support (hardware and software), helpdesk, and data management. Performs a variety of complex information technology support duties to ensure smooth delivery of technology services. The responsibilities of an IT Staff are to diagnose, repair, troubleshoot and maintain computer and software systems for companies. Their duties may include repairing or replacing damaged hardware, performing tests on new hardware or software, installing new equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering
• At least 2 years of work related experience in database administration, development, and web design.
• Knowledge of IT principles, concepts, and methods; systems testing and evaluation principles, methods, and tools; IT security principles and methods.
• Proficiency with VPN networks, firewalls, encryption, and other aspects of network security technologies.
