We are seeking an IT Specialist to support and manage our company’s IT infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, maintaining software and hardware systems, and providing user support.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and networks
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
• Provide technical support to staff via email, phone, or in person
• Manage software and hardware upgrades
• Ensure network security and data backups
• Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes

• Proven experience in IT support or a similar role
• Familiarity with network administration and system security
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
