POSITION: IT SERVICE DESK TEAM LEAD
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The purpose of this role is to execute the process and drive the performance of the team on the key metrices of the process.

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- MUST BE A BACHELOR'S GRADUATE
- WITH AT LEAST 2 YEARS IT SERVICE DESK TEAM LEAD EXPERIENCE
- AMENABLE TO START ASAP AND WORK ONSITE
